About the role
Responsibilities will include:
- Implementing an innovative approach to advertising roles across a number of platforms.
- Helping the company scale by evolving and improving systems and processes to increase efficiency within the team.
- Processing and managing the recruitment stages of nanny/ home manager applicants.
- Achieving monthly Human Resources KPI targets
- Customer service and client management

Skills and experience
Attributes of candidates should include:
- Formal qualification in Human Resources.
- Hands on experience working in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Strong initiative and the ability to problem solve.
- Able to think and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience within the nanny or childcare industry is a bonus.
