An opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Generalist or HR Project Consultant with strong job evaluation and consultation experience to support an enterprise wide business transformations. Day to day you will work with business leaders and the broader HR team to define the new structure and work through the consultation processes.

To secure this role you will be immediately available and have a proven history of supporting organisational transformation and job design projects.  One of your key capabilities will be to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually effective delivery of outcomes.  You will also have strong analytical and influencing skills and have a practical approach to planning and organising.
