The Role:
As a Graduate Recruiter, you will bring your previous Internal Recruitment / Graduate Recruitment experience to this market leader! Based in Sydney's CBD boasting a supportive, driven and innovative culture, this organisation is now looking for an experienced Graduate Recruiter to join the team and source top quality talent. Reporting to the Head of Graduate Recruitment, you will be responsible for:

• Building relationships an partnering with stakeholders
• Screening, interviewing and testing candidates
• Proactively sourcing candidates from a multitude of internal and external platforms
• Maintaining the recruitment approval system
• Attending Events & Career Fairs
• Coordinate & facilitate innovative sourcing methods to attract the best Graduates & Interns!  

 
Profile:

• Previous experience in Graduate/Campus Recruitment
• High-volume , fast-paced recruitment environment
• Driven, motivated, team-player
• Innovative approach
• The ability to build strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders
• Time management skills coupled with the drive and stamina to work well in a deadline driven environment
• Passion for achieving results and reaping rewards for your hard-work!
