Overview of the position
With a background in end-to-end recruitment you will be responsible for developing bespoke sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates for niche and hard to fill roles. Working in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and the AGL hiring community, you will recommend a solid pipeline of talent to achieve successful hiring outcomes. You will initiate engagement with both active and passive candidates, engaging them with AGL’s brand and value proposition, building strong referral networks and nurturing talent pipelines. With your knowledge of the candidate market within the IT&T space you will offer keen insights, effectively influencing and managing candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Attributes/ experience
As an experienced and proactive Sourcing Specialist you will:

• Have developed and implemented creative sourcing strategies
• Managed high volumes of candidates and multiple stakeholders
• Delivered against streamlined and well-defined recruitment processes
• Possess strong influencing and communications skills and have a proven commitment to candidate and client care
• Be an advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search, as well as competent with MS Word, Excel and various recruitment systems
• Have prior experience sourcing quality candidates for niche and hard to fill roles, preferably with digital and infrastructure IT and technology skills.
