The Corporate IT team are currently seeking a part time (3 days per week) Training Consultant to join the team based in our Rhodes Office for a 12 month contract. Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Training Consultant will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of IT training requirements specifically relating to the SAP product suite (Basics, MM, FICO, REFX, PS, SF and C4C).
As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
- Interact with the business units to understand training needs
- Coordinate training sessions and training calendar
- Create and develop training materials
- Deliver regular training sessions - SAP basics, vendor setup and purchasing
- Collate and assess feedback of training sessions
- Maintain training records and data
As the ideal applicant, you will possess:
- A minimum Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or higher
- Previous experience in the delivery of IT product training in an SAP environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to undertake some interstate travel to Melbourne as required
