This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant and expanding team, responsible for providing hands on and practical HR advice. Our client is currently going through rapid growth and are looking for an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join their team, reporting into the Human Resource Manager you will be across all generalist HR duties. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, on-boarding, training and developing staff 
• Providing HR advice, support and coaching as required 
• Assisting in delivering and overseeing company policies and processes
• Supporting the employee life cycle including performance management and reward and recognition practices
• Liaising with the broader HR team to ensure continuity, compliance and consistency across the business

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: -

• Relevant HR qualifications
• 1-3 years HR experience in the construction industry 
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• In-depth knowledge of industry legislation
