Reporting to the Head of People and Safety, this role is responsible for:

• Supporting a client group of 300 across Australia and New Zealand on all people related issues, including performance management, employee relation investigations and employee grievances.
• Partnering with the wider business and key stakeholders to build capability across the HR function by developing key policies and procedures.
• Assist with the annual performance and remuneration review process, facilitate face to face training sessions and support recruitment where necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will offer:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with previous HR Business Partnering experience;
• Proven ability to handle complex HR matters independently/or with limited guidance;
• Ability to build authentic relationships and partner with key senior stakeholders over multiple locations, with the capability to advise and influence;
• Possess strong resilience, confidence and a great personality with the ability to hit the ground running.
