We are seeking a professional and experienced Branch Manager to join our motivated and highly successful recruitment agency based in Port Melbourne team.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly-experienced branch manager  to lead and manage the new business,  coach, develop and drive a highly successful team. This role requires a strong leader that is hands on and ready to deliver results. 

The role will be highly autonomous, you will partner with all stakeholders to achieve quality recruitment services and report directly to the Director.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous leadership experience within a recruitment agency is essential.
  • Proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship.
  • Customer service experience with a passion for people.
  • Evidence of leadership skills and an ability to motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Local industry experience is essential.
