About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst to join our People and Transformation department for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to co-design, maintain and implement remuneration policies, framework and practices to transition to a Total Rewards approached, aligned to future strategic objectives.


Reporting to the Manager Strategic Workforce Management, this role can be based out at either of our Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth CBD offices.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain remuneration policy, framework and practices in consultation with the Manager, Strategic Workforce Management
  • Coordinate the financial end of year TEC cycle review, merit based increases and STI (Performance Reward) payments
  • Undertake market comparative analysis
  • Set up, implement and manage a reporting framework to inform improved decision making
  • Manage the job evaluation framework and undertake job evaluations using Hay Group Methodology

 

Required skills and experience: 

  • 5+ years previous experience in total remuneration/total reward management with both Fixed and Variable Remuneration
  • Seasoned professional in using Hay Group job evaluation methodology (desirable)
  • Must have strong analytical skills and experience in using excel at an advanced level, interpret data and form rationale
  • Able to work autonomously and across multiple sites
  • Strong business partnering skills, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed planning, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Adaptable and learning/growth mindset
