The Team

The Talent Acquisition Team at Coca-Cola Amatil is a close knit, high performing team, whose expertise lies within identifying and introducing future leaders into the Amatil business.   We partner with our Stakeholders to ensure we deliver a first class experience which truly adds value to the individual business strategies. We are an energetic team and support each other through day-to-day activities as well as various specialised projects.

 

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract. The position will be based in our newly refurbished Head Office in North Sydney. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator your role will focus on supporting Talent Acquisition Partners, who specialise in recruiting for our Sales team requirements nationally.  This is a dynamic role where no two days will be the same.  You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle which will give you great exposure to best practice recruitment, and offer a range of development and learning opportunities.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Phone screening candidates
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Creating and sending contracts to new employees
  • Arranging working rights, medical, reference and background checks
  • Supporting the team with sourcing, screening and organising of Assessment Centres
  • Manage the end to end recruitment for your own niche portfolio

 

About You

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career.  You are a systems guru and have had exposure to working with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded) as well as be able to navigate your way around Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Naturally you are a go getter who can think on your feet and take initiative. You thrive working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment and have impeccable time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.  You are confident in you decision making skills and are able to use your previous recruitment experience to hit the ground running.
