The role
Our client is a leading manufacturing and consumer goods provider operating across Oceania. You will be joining a small close knit team of likeminded individuals in a fast paced and exciting environment. The role will give you the opportunity to explore and gain exposure to the full HR capability realm while giving you a hands on look at how HR end to end programs are designed, implemented and managed.

The role will report into the HR GM and will support a wide range of HR initiatives and programs organisation wide. This includes service provider management, fleet management, HR policy review, employment contract generation, HR reporting and administrative activities and assisting with any ad hoc requirements.
Skills and experience
- Reviewing and keeping HR policies and guidelines updated
- Coordinating company fleet and transport
- HR reporting requirements and contract management
- Leading HR process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related relevant discipline is preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience in a HR shared services environment.
