About this exceptional opportunity
This is a newly created position that will work closely with the founding Directors and you will be responsible for driving the HR search and recruitment division at TROOCOO. This is a pivotal appointment for the business and we are looking for somebody with extensive HR or recruitment experience and strong relationships in the Queensland market. You will be accountable for helping to design and execute the client engagement strategy in this pivotal division and to work closely with the customer experience team that work closely with TROOCOO's clients and candidates with a focus on best practice. We'll be looking for the following skills and experience at the interview stage to ensure that you'll be successful in the role:

• Cultural fit and alignment with the founders and directors;
• Strong background in leadership;
• HR or recruitment experience in a senior role;
• Exceptional people skills;
• Emotional intelligence and working style;
• High performance qualities and attributes;
• Level of commitment in terms of personal drivers and motivation;
• In-depth analysis of previous work history and experience in similar roles;
• Demonstrated level of skills in influencing combined with strong commercial acumen; and
• Level of emotional resilience and capability to manage multiple priorities.
