TNT Australia is currently looking for a positive and solutions focussed HR Team Leader Specialist based at our head office in Sydney. The role sits within the head office HR team and offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of the HR function of a global organisation.

About the role

The role is currently offered on a 18-month fixed-term contract basis, and the position will oversee the output of a team of HR administrative specialists and also take on a broad range of related duties, such as:

  • Managing a team of HR administrators

  • Appropriately corresponding with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure procedures including approval to appoint, letters of appointment, service awards, and HRIS system are maintained in accordance with policy

  • Offer suggestions on how to improve administration processes within the HR function

  • Ensure SAP HR system is maintained in an accurate & timely manner

  • Liaise with internal cross-functional teams employees in order to maximise HR Administration efficiency and cost effectiveness

  • Liaise with other HR Team members effectively to ensure quality communication on Human Resource topics

  • Exchange best practice Human Resources and Administration processes with other TNT personnel

  • Build positive working relationships with management, employees, and the appropriate departments including payroll
