Your new company
Your new organisation is a well established Not for Profit based in the CBD of Brisbane. With a national presence, they offer a range of community services.
Your new role
Reporting to the Change Manager, you will be working on the implementation of functions around an organisational restructure. You will undertake process analysis and design, drawing on your background of organisation change and engagement whilst also displaying strong capabilities around lean process design. Ideally you will have experience in co-designing outcomes that maximises the embedding of new functions in a complex reform environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a strong work experience in business/change analyst roles, with a focus on organisation restructure and engagement. Your engagement and interpersonal communication skills will be of a high caliber as will be your ability to work within a wider team environment. Experience with a NFP or community services background will be highly regarded.
