The People & Culture team is seeking a well experienced and self-motivated Recruitment Business Partner to join us and act as a true business partner to our leadership team across our organisation. This role will operate tailored end to end recruitment processes across our diverse range of programs and portfolios whilst working closely with the stakeholders, resourcing, and workforce planning team.
As a true people person, you will act as the interface connecting the organisation with the best talent in the industry. As an Educator to the business, you will be involved in interview panels, and will guide and support our hiring managers to make the best decisions when it comes to their teams.

To be successful you will have:
- 7+ years' experience as a Recruitment Business Partner
- Previous in-house/ consultancy and SMB experience will be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce
- HR Qualifications are highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Significant end to end recruitment experience across both in-house and agency models
- Experience solving complex problems
- Project Management ability
