Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the implementation of competency-based training
- Assisting in preparing and implementing the annual training plan
- Managing the implementation of the learning management system (LMS)
- Sourcing and coordinating learning programs
- Advising managers and employees on training courses including assisting managers in the development of role-specific learning paths
- Maintaining training records
- Providing coaching and support to colleagues and managers on HR issues, policies and procedures
- Managing on-boarding and inductions
- Managing the performance review process
- Preparing monthly reporting and analysis
- Assisting in the development of tenders
- Managing regular employee communications and business updates.
To secure this opportunity you must have experience in a Senior HR Officer or Generalist role within a manufacturing environment, including experience in implementing competency based training; working with learning management systems; and a relevant Degree qualification.
