Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the implementation of competency-based training
  • Assisting in preparing and implementing the annual training plan
  • Managing the  implementation of the learning management system (LMS)
  • Sourcing and coordinating learning programs
  • Advising managers and employees on training courses including assisting  managers in the development of role-specific learning paths
  • Maintaining training records
  • Providing coaching and support to colleagues and managers on HR issues, policies and procedures
  • Managing on-boarding and inductions
  • Managing the performance review process
  • Preparing monthly reporting and analysis
  • Assisting in the development of tenders
  • Managing regular employee communications and business updates.

To secure this opportunity you must have experience in a Senior HR Officer or Generalist role within a manufacturing environment, including experience in implementing competency based training; working with learning management systems; and a relevant Degree qualification.
