A position for a qualified HR Coordinator with all rounder HR skills is required for a leading food manufacturer based in Brisbane’s western Suburbs. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have a manageable workload that will keep you engaged and test your HR skills and knowledge. The management team are high energy and are focused on getting the right results for the business. They are open to ideas and need support with all HR functions across the board.
The role will involve the following duties:
- Ensure all staff and company information is up to date and secure
- Assist Managers with recruitment, inductions and staff training
- Review staff well being programs
- Coordinate performance reviews
- Conduct safety inspections, identify and action any risks
- Assist with regulatory body audits
- Workcover and Return to work duties
- Other related HR duties as required
In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications in Human Resources and demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist role
- Further qualifications and experience in Training, Return To Work and OHS
- Experience within Food Manufacturing is highly desired
- Innovative thinker
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and time management skills
