An exciting opportunity exists for an After Hours Consultant to work from home, liaising with our clients and candidates supporting our Keilor branch after hours with field staff requirements. This will be a job-sharing role, where you will be working one week on and one week off.

Working from home, your responsibilities will include;

  • Maintaining an existing client and candidate portfolio
  • Liaising with Staff Australia’s clients confirming their requirements over the phone or via email
  • Confirming candidates for their assignments and any adhoc requirements
  • Maintaining and updating rosters
  • Attending a weekly meeting at the Keilor branch between 9:00am to 1:00pm (day flexible)

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Be available to manage calls from Monday to Thursday 5:00pm-7:30am and Friday 5:00pm to Monday 7:30am.
  • Ability to attend a weekly meeting between 9:00am - 1:00pm at our Keilor office.
  • Be a professional and driven individual with a proven track record within recruitment or in a similar after-hours role
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • FastTrack System experience (desirable although not essential)
  • The ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
  • High attention to detail
