We are keen to offer an exceptional opportunity to an experienced Learning Project Manager who enjoys a fast pace, quality standards and works well in a team environment.
You will be exposed to some of Australia's most successful corporate companies and support some fantastic consultants. You will have the capability to manage multiple learning and organisational design projects, including co-ordination of resources, creation and working to project plans, quality control, client relationship management and some content co-creation.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing end to end project plans for development programs (leadership and organisation)
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients
- Delivery of project milestones via project plan updates and delivery of tasks
- Collaborating with team members to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
- Resource allocation
- Quality execution
- Scheduling delivery via the learning calendar
- Proofing and formatting documents
You will be calm under pressure, customer-focused, have a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential and other software (e.g. InDesign) are highly desirable.
