Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role is responsible for:

• End to end recruitment process from posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews and reference checking. 
• Coordinating pre-employment checks including police checks and pre-employment medicals. 
• Develop position descriptions, interview guides, and job advertisement templates. 
• Assist with recruitment reporting using excel. 

To be successful in this role you will offer:

• Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to the end to end recruitment process.
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being agile and flexible with the maturity to delivery feedback appropriately.   
• Ability to start immediately.
