This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Coordinator  wanting to take the next step or an existing successful team to join a highly regarded organisation with people who are people-oriented.  If you thrive having ownership, accountability and responsibility of your position and actions, are a whiz having the office operating smoothly and efficiently, can systematically streamline systems and processes increasing overall productivity and are prepared to roll up your selves assisting and assisting the HR Director with the day-to-day management of their team.

To be the successful candidate to undertake this fabulous opportunity, it is important that you possess the following attributes, experience, qualities and characteristics:

Proven legal administration skills, experience and knowledge.

  • Work flow coordination experience.
  • Workers Compensation, work-cover experience 
  • Training and development, i.e. performance reviews, initial training. 
  • Excellent organisational skills (multi-tasking second nature).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Participate in projects as directed by the HR Director.
  • Management of staff and coordination.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and efficiently and excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work unsupervised and show initiative, self managing.
  • Think outside the square creating innovative solutions.
