The successful candidate will play a role in the recruitment of professional white and grey collar personnel for exciting projects across Mining, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy disciplines.

A sample of roles we recruit for are Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineer, Trades Supervisor, Site Administrator and more.

Working as part of a highly collaborative team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Actively recruiting white and grey collar personnel

• Head hunting through Linkedin, database and other sourcing strategies

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers (Up to General Manager level)

• Ensuring mobilisations are carried out in accordance with project requirements;

• Ensuring cost management processes are executed;

• Ensuring the recruitment database is kept updated and maintained; and

• Liaising with and coordinating the work of Recruitment Officers and Administration Officers on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Sound experience in the recruitment of white collar personnel

• Opportunity for you to move away from agency and into a supportive environment

• Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills - Ability to talk confidently with hiring managers and develop strong, trusting relationships

• The ability to work cohesively in a team

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service;

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; and

• Exposure to Fast track and ERMS systems is preferred but not essential.
