This is an exciting time for Beaumont Tiles.  We are rolling out a sales and customer experience model in stores across Australia that will incorporate coaching and training of retail sales staff and supporting leaders across the business. 

We need experienced and dedicated coaches to help us support the execution of the program.   This is a fantastic opportunity to put your sales, customer experience and leadership coaching expertise into action.

This role will be responsible for training on methodologies, observing, evaluating service standards and coaching staff on the job to bring significant contribution to improve staff and business performance.

DAY TO DAY…

  • Roll out our sales methodology implementation to stores and act as ambassador
  • Understand and execute strategy to reach the goal of the retail sales team
  • Listen to, observe and evaluate the staff in real-life situations and role plays
  • Analyse and debrief with the staff and identify development needs
  • Provides the manager with feedback after coaching sessions
  • Regularly monitor and report coaching observation results
  • Indicate potential for further development needs from coaching
  • Provide training on our sales philosophies and programs at induction
  • Design, develop and implement sales training
  • Train staff one on one in a coaching environment

Are an experienced coach and leader in the sales arena and are a highly driven individual with the natural ability to see, hear and identify key areas for improvement.

Have a true passion for customer service excellence, value the customers experience and have a genuine desire to help develop others.
