This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering sound HR/ER support to large portfolios. Our portfolios have a diverse range of challenges, so your existing experience and confidence in creating and maintaining strong relationships within the business and working closely with Accounts Leads is just what we need.
You will be instrumental in delivering guidance to our Operational Team Managers, providing expert advice and coaching on developing team engagement and employee growth, disciplinary and performance management.

What are we looking for?
- A good understanding of laws relating to employment legislation
- Ability to negotiate and resolve employee issues
- A general understanding of HR best practices
- Ability to train, develop and influence Team Leaders and Managers
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to keep detailed records
- Ability to come up with innovative ideas and new ways of improving employee engagement
- Excellent formal and informal communication skills in order to be able to talk with a wide range of people including HR team members, managers and senior managers
- Ability to be team oriented whilst working individually
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
- Working knowledge of general business software including Microsoft suite
- Flexibility to be able to work in a changing work environment and in a multi-tasking role
