ABOUT THE ROLE & DESK

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and commercially driven recruitment consultant, ideally with white collar technical recruitment experience, for our Sydney office based in The Rocks.  

Civil Construction has been an area that Constructive has recruited in for over 15 years in Australia. The area is one of our most successful nationally, with a strong presence in all states we operate in. Due to an increased demand from clients in Queensland we are looking to bring in a talented individual to recruit in the sunshine state (from Sydney) with many of our longstanding, national clients. 

You will be working on all site based roles in Queensland including Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors to name a few. There will also be trips to Queensland on a regular basis to meet with clients and candidates as you continue to expand the desk and your presence in the Queensland market. 

This presents a very exciting proposition to a consultant working in a company with limited  development opportunities wanting to work for a business offering career growth and autonomy.
