Branch Manager - Newcastle

The Branch Manager forms a critical part of our leadership team, ensuring the growth and emerging reputation for quality and service is maintained at INSELEC.
The Newcastle Business Manager’s high level of business development is central to the successful execution of our business objectives in both an increasingly competitive market place and at a pivotal time of our business expansion. In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Successful achievement of the set annual growth targets 
• Driving significant business development activities across the region
• Managing business performance 
• Coaching and development of your team
• Driving and growing INSELC’s market share in the Newcastle Region
• Contribute as part of the leadership team, around strategy, sales growth and operational efficiencies 

The successful candidate will have high end recruitment experience along with solid employer networks and contacts. Labour market knowledge is advantageous.
