Due to continued growth, this role is an exciting addition to the HR team to contribute greatly to the overall management of all talent and will be exposed to wider HR Strategic Projects.

Description

• Ability to identify and engage professionals from across the business
• Internal & external job posting and head hunting
• Running an effective 90 days of engagement program.
• Preparation of employment documentation, maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
• Keeping ahead of the game with regards to its overall recruitment and retention strategies.
• Building a strong network of recruitment agencies to assist in finding excellent talent.
• Assisting with the analysis of HR data to provide analysis, trends and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
• Opportunities to be involved in larger scale human resources project work

Profile

• Experienced agency or internal recruiter
• Financial or Professional services is highly admirable
• Experience in recruitment projects e.g talent pooling
• Autonomous and mature candidate
