Key Duties

  • Re-invent our recruitment procedures and play a pivotal role in creating confident hiring managers across our business.
  • Help us become an ‘employer of choice’ for our industry by contributing to achieve best practice HR
  • Support the Group HR Manager to achieve the business strategy, the vision and the dream, which includes getting involved in generalist HR work, industrial relations and employee relations
  • Be innovative and break the mould, developing methods in our recruitment and HR support that generates employee engagement.

Skills, qualifications & experience

  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce, Law or Psychology
  • You have at least 3 years' in experience working in a generalist HR role and you understand the importance of being involved in recruitment to support shaping our culture
  • AHRI or AIM membership is highly regarded
  • You are courageous, resilient, you have lots of great ideas to share and you don’t take life too seriously.
