About the organisation:
As a result of continuing growth across our Australian business, Amrop Carmichael Fisher is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join the team in our Sydney office. Carmichael Fisher is a retained executive search firm focussing on senior appointments across several industries and functions. This role provides the opportunity to grow to the head of research and build your own team.
Duties:
- Reporting to the Senior Partner
- Take ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the research process
- Ongoing market, industry and job family mapping exercises
- Align closely with Partners in the business
- Provide support and advice on sourcing strategies
- Identify and connect with senior executives
Required Skills:
With experience in the research function of a search firm, demonstrable skills in innovative sourcing through diverse channels and information management will be highly regarded. A proven track record of engaging with senior level candidates, detailed screening and networking across industry sectors. Verbal and written communication skills will be key to your success. With a passion to succeed in the industry, this role will present opportunities for more senior research positions or broader opportunities locally and internationally within Amrop.
