This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Diversity Practitioner to join a global business and manage and implement all Diversity programs and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.   

Reporting into the Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader, your new role will be primarily responsible for implementing global Diveristy and Inclusion initatives across Australia and Asia. There will be a major focus on stakeholder and project management.  The role is highly visible requiring executive presence and superior influencing and consulting skills working closely with Senior Leaders across the business. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Background in Organisational Development/Diversity with specific experience in the design and execution of Diversity initiatives;
- Experience working within Professional/Financial Services will be highly regarded;
- Superior consulting skills with the ability to see strategy through to execution;
- Ability to influence through others - getting buy in across all levels;
- Commercial thinking & acumen;
- Exceptional stakeholder management/relationship building skills;
- Solid project management skills;
- Impact & presence - able to make a positive impact that brings respect and credibility across all levels of the business;
- Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources or a related discipline.

The role will require some minimal interstate travel from time to time.
