The role:
This positon has become available due to an internal promotion. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting our client to meet its existing and future talent needs to ensure if ongoing sucess. Working with the HR Team, the TAC will identify innovative solutions to attract key talent and implement a diversified recruitment model.
More specifically in this role you will:
- Conduct end to end recruitment of staff including; sourcing of candidates, prepare job advertisements, review & shortlist resumes, schedule and attend interviews and conduct reference checks
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through the Workable recruitment system
- Identify strategies to promote our client as an employer and reach desired target market
- Develop recruitment campaigns for a variety of platforms
- Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding company recruitment needs
- Recognise opportunities to market the firm as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to build strong talent brand through social and digital tools
- Report on sourcing activities
- Assist HR team on an ad hoc basis
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Recruitment experience either agency or internal would be advantageous
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable)
- A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment
- Outcomes driven
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to market our client as an employer and clearly articulate the firm’s value proposition
- A passion for sourcing and finding high calibre talent
- Solid time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- The resilience to recruit in a tight market
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualified (desirable)
