The Company
This Government Organisation oversees the burgeoning communities based in Southwest Sydney.
The Role
To deliver professional people and organisational development services that support strategic directions and values in a pro-active and efficient manner in order to attract, develop and retain suitably qualified employees.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Contributing to the management of the job evaluation system, job analysis, job design and providing a quality control function
- Actively contributing to the development and implementation of the Workforce Management Plan and participating in the development, implementation, management, evaluation and improvement of related workplace and people strategies and processes
The Person
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes;
- Proven experience with organisational structure, job design, job analysis and job evaluation processes
- Demonstrated experience in initiating, developing and implementing people and organisational development initiatives
- Experience in Human Resource Policy Development and implementation and capacity to deliver strategic solutions
- Knowledge of workforce planning concepts, data extraction and statistical analysis tools and techniques
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
