Resourcer / Recruiter

The Innovative Group is a privately owned recruitment company who work in  construction/Mining and engineering. We specialise in providing our clients with short to long term blue collar personnel and white collar permanent placements for large commercial and residential construction companies.
 
We are currently seeking a highly motivated ambitious Resourcer / Recruiter to join our expanding organisation. This is a excellent opportunity to grow our blue collar business to the next level and go on and become a successful recruitment consultant.
 
THE ROLE
As a blue collar Resourcer / Recruiter you will ensure that new talent is appropriately sourced, screened and readily available to take on opportunities as they present themselves. You'll be a natural relationship builder and confident networker, with the ability to find suitable candidates for high volume roles across Sydney and NSW.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous recruitment resourcing or sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you will be writing adverts, conducting reference checks and speaking with clients and candidates)
• Must be able to work in a fast paced blue collar environment
• Confident and outgoing personality with a positive resilient attitude
• Ability to build successful relationships with both clients and candidates
• Strong computer and database skills
