We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional looking to progress their career by providing on the job coaching and guidance to lead and grow our emerging Data Analytics practice in NSW. Hudson has a strong and evolving presence in the Asia-Pacific region, and are looking for a knowledgeable and inspiring individual to join the leadership team in the position of Managing Consultant or Manager, depending upon experience.

About you:
- Experience as an emerging leader in a recruitment environment
- An ambitious strategic thinker, you have the drive and desire to grow a business into new territories
- An expert within your field, ideally the business or data analysis sector but not essential, and strong best practice as a recruiter
- You are motivated by building significant connections with your clients and inspiring your team to achieve the same
- You have the desire to make your mark within an established business
- A forward thinker, you have an open minded perspective as well as local knowledge to leverage
