MAYDAY MAYDAY! We are on the search for a Commercial Manager to join one of Sydney's most high performing IT, Banking & Finance recruitment agencies.  My client is currently experiencing a high growth phase and are on the search for a Commercial Manager to join and support their operations and commercial team.
  
In this opportunity you will need to be flexible and have the ability to be involved in multiple ongoing projects: you will also be responsible for:

• Reviewing ‘as is’ processes to identify any possible ‘to be’ processes assisting a streamlined operation
• Preparing all tender documentation for proposals
• Be the first point of contact for all contract negotiations as well as client terms of business
• Ensuring all contractor compliance across PSA accounts
• Ensuring internal processes and procedures are compliant with the Privacy Act
• Reviewing the team tasks and allocation of works ensuring team are working at capacity
• Acting as the escalation point for the team and resolve any issues with favourable outcomes
• Liaising with cross functional teams to ensure  and drive compliance, change and process improvements

This exciting opportunity would be suitable for someone who has:

• Experience from recruitment, shared services or a compliance driven role favourable
• Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude
• Resilient and happy to work in an agile environment
• Ability to review ‘as is’ processes and drive change initiatives
• A leader who is happy to lead from the front
