Retail Services is a specialist team providing recruitment services to the Field Marketing companies within the Clemenger Group in Australia and New Zealand.

We currently have an opportunity for a Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our National recruitment team.

Working in a fast paced environment you will be involved in the sourcing and screening of casual based brand ambassadors and merchandisers on a national scale as well as the processing of employment paperwork.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who has completed their studies (or who will be completing their studies this year) to take the first step into their HR Career.

In order to be considered for this, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

Currently studying or have studied HR;
Previous experience in retail particularly FMCG
Great communication skills – a confident and energetic phone manner
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
A pro-active self - starter
