Your new organisation is a global business with 70,000 employees in over 50 countries, around 1,100 of whom work across three business units in Australia.

About the Role
You will be involved in key projects that involve implementing the new safety management system and training employees on the new system.  Using your experiences in guiding the business around risk and hazards.  The role looks after sites in NSW and the ACT and you would be required to completed regular travel.

About Success
To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Be able to demonstrate how you can influence and change behaviours
• Have qualifications in WHS and Training & Assessment
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Get buy-in from stakeholders by creating strong engagement
• Have experience in return to work/ injury management
• Be self motivated and be willing to roll up your sleeves

You will be provided with a pool vehicle to use for travel to branches.
