Client Details
PageGroup is leading recruitment consultancy and we are currently seeking a dedicated recruitment advisor with experience in either recruitment or customer service/sales to join our growing office on a temporary basis. Our office in Parramatta is growing and diversifying and we are looking for motivated people to join our team.
Description
- Sourcing candidates for specific roles
- Briefing candidates
- Interviewing high volume candidates
- Engaging with candidates over the phone
- Arranging interviews and placements for clients
- Conducting reference and work rights checks
- Assisting with time sheet enquiries from candidates
- Managing high inbound calls
- Posting job advertisements
- Liaising with the team in regards to vacant positions
- Matching candidates and skill sets with suitable positions
Profile
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the recruitment industry ideally. Also desired is:
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail
The ability to multitask
Experience recruiting or resourcing in the below industries would be highly advantageous:
IT/Technology, HR, Legal, Marketing, Administration or Facilities Management
