This role will see you working closely with your internal and external stakeholders. You will be actively involved in the delivery of the talent attraction and acquisition strategy across the group You will engage with senior leaders to forecast and deliver to the business recruitment needs and source candidates that align with the organisations values and culture. Your approach to recruitment will be proactive and you use a range of strategies to identify and attract high quality and skilled candidates. This is a busy and fast paced environment where your knowledge and understanding of current recruitment methodology and approaches including the utilisation of technology will be advantageous.
You will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a relevant discipline
- To demonstrate currency and understanding of the recruitment market
- A proven track record in delivering in a complex matrix organisation
- Sound commercial skills with the presence and confidence to influence
- Deep functional expertise in recruitment, talent attraction and selection processes
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in the MS Office suite
