Palmira Holdings Enterprises Pty Ltd is currently looking for a reliable HR Admin Assistant to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• A positive attitude
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work in a team environment and also independently
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to "think outside of the box"
• Previous experience in a Human Resource environment is highly desirable
• A qualification in Human Resources or related field will be highly regarded

The key to your success will be your ability to build relationships with employees at all levels across the business whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Human Resource Manager
• Input and auditing of data integrity for the Human Resource Information System and Payroll
• Managing general Human Resources enquiries and redirecting as appropriate
