About the Role
SBS Media is currently seeking a Production & Media Sales Executive to join the growing SBS Media team in Sydney. This position is a newly created role working as part of the NSW SBS Media team. This critical role will be dedicated almost entirely to one of our largest advertising partners.
Uniquely this position will be based between two locations being SBS's Artarmon Offices and in the Surry Hills office of this Key Account's Award Winning Media Agency.
Working alongside the Media Agency Team in Surry Hills, the successful applicant will be responsible for taking client briefs and coordinating all translation production functions and services with the SBS team, ensuring that all production work conducted is delivered on time and to budget.
There will also additional responsibilities in extracting, coordinating and conducting responses to advertising briefs. This function will see the individual work closely with the SBS Media Sales team, providing exposure to the sales process for TV, Digital and Radio advertising sales.
About You
The successful applicant will likely hold experience and exposure to production functions, CALD Media and the general media landscape. You must be a relatable "people person" with exceptional communication skills and an advanced ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines while under pressure.
We are looking for a team player who wants to further develop a career in Production while also getting fantastic exposure to media sales. Someone who is a great communicator, well organised and has a strong ability to work both independently and as part of team.
