We are a digital and print agency. We provide innovative design and development. We work closely with our clients to develop beautiful digital and print solutions.

As a Print/Digital Designer, you will work closely with our energetic creative team. Your primary goals will be to design custom magazines, marketing content, websites as well as other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms.

We are looking for someone with the flexibility to adapt to new technologies, and a robust design toolkit to innovate in this space.

The role also includes working to templated designs and be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity.

This role is a casual position, 3 consecutive days to start, with the possibility of going permanent.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role reports to the Art Director. Any concept you create will need to be brand-consistent across all desktop and mobile experiences that our company provides to our end users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for print, websites, other interfaces for a wide variety of clients
• Contribute in the development process through to design
• Stay abreast of creative ideas and inspiration in the design industry
• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision
• Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the design field

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts
• Possess broad thinking skills and be able to offer a variety of design solutions
• Adaptable and quick learner
• A keen eye for detail
• Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) InvisionApp, Sketch and other relevant design tools
• Some experience in backend CMS in Wordpress would be an advantage
• A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Good problem solving and time management skills
• Work within tight deadlines in a team oriented environment

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s or higher in graphic design, web design or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in this industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
