The Opportunity
 
Talent.Realised are working exclusively with a highly sought after agency that specialises in engagement marketing. Their obsession is around creating engagement and meaningful experiences whether its big brand experiential, sponsorship strategy, activation and management, engaging content idea, brand partnership, sampling campaigns, tech roadshows, expo events or even boutique events.  We are looking for an experienced and established Senior Account Manager to join this agency in an awesome period of growth.
 
 
Your New Role
 
Reporting to General Manager, this pivotal Senior Account Manager role will be responsible for client satisfaction and successful delivery of campaigns. Additionally, you will also:
 
  • Developing and maintaining strong and trusted client partnerships with a proactive approach to client management
  • Conducting and attending regular WIP’s and ensuring each campaign delivery is seamless
  • Ensuring a thorough client brief is provided
  • Managing client meetings, ensuring agendas and timeframes are adhered to
  • Identifying new business opportunities for existing clients and new clients
  • Awareness of client remuneration structure, scope of service, and key KPI’s
  • Working seamlessly and collaboratively with the team to create ideas that are both creatively rich and executionally feasible
  • Being part of the creation of detailed and accurate budgets for internal and client sign-off
  • Day-to-day management of timelines and project budgets
  • Creating WIPs, project plans, key deliverables, contact reports, meeting agendas and event schedules.
 
What You’ll Need
 
We would love to talk to you if you are an experienced SAM or Client Director and looking to work in a growing agency where you can really make your mark.
 
You will also be able to demonstrate:
  • Having a minimum of 4 – 6 years agency experience
  • Demonstrated experience in either Event’s, Experiences, Sampling, Sponsorships, Partnerships or Content for clients
  • Confidently demonstrate and embrace the financial management of client accounts
  • Knows how to actually have fun!
