Are you looking for a fun, creative and fast paced role where you can utilize your organizational, administrative and customer service skills in a close knit team environment?

Abes Audio records and produces a high volume of voice over and audio content for broadcast, animations, online and eLearning, with clients based around Australia and internationally. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a full time Customer Service Officer to join our successful team.

If you enjoy working in a very busy, deadline driven workplace, are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive on providing high levels of service and efficiency, you could be the person we are looking for to support our clients and production teams nationally. You will work with new and future clients, introducing them to our products and services via inbound and outbound calls and emails.

 We are looking for an individual who:

  1. Has at least 3 years experience and proven success in a customer service or sales based role within an office environment (essential)
  2. Has a passion for delighting clients with their outgoing and positive 'can do' approach
  3. Can organise work and people efficiently and successfully in a busy, deadline driven environment
  4. Thinks on their feet, has well developed proven problem solving skills, working autonomously and proactively finding solutions to ensure commitments are met 
  5. Pays close attention to detail, is thorough, persistent and consistent
  6. Has excellent spoken and written communication including well developed grammatical and spelling skills and excellent business etiquette
  7. Works well within structures, systems and processes
  8. Strong computer literacy and well developed skills in MS Office software with the ability to quickly learn other software packages, plus an excellent typing speed with high accuracy
  9. Is successful and experienced in high volume data entry
  10. Wishes to commit to a long term future in a growing business and enjoys working within a fast paced media environment

 The successful applicant will:

  1. Have completed education to Year 12 or higher
  2. Have logical, clear and strong communication skills and be able to explain and promote Abes Audio products enthusiastically, within a sales context
  3. Wish to grow in the role and take on potential future leadership responsibilities
  4. Have an interest in and/or some experience with music or media production
