Created by Clint is looking for an Event Coordinator & Assistant Producer who is confident and has a passion for bringing alive stylish event lifestyle looks. This role will go permanent for the right person.
The Role:
You will provide the end to end event management for the calendar of events across Australia. Your role within this dynamic small team will be varied and would include the below:
- Prepare all event collateral, including: Event plans, floor plans, staff briefing documents, bump in and bump out documents & post event reports
- End to end coordination of campaign event installations
- Collection of all event styling elements and sourcing of project needs
- Event staff rostering, wardrobe maintenance and all onsite training
- External supplier management
- Coordinate event budgets
- General administration support to the team
Key Selection Criteria:
- 1+ year in coordinating / producing small and medium scale events.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Related marketing, business, project or events qualification
- Interest in event design and lifestyle branding
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience working within design and the event styling industry
