Our multi-award winning products include onsite registration kiosks and event app technology for conferences, exhibitions, roadshows and special events around Australia and overseas.
With our services in high demand, we are rapidly expanding.
So we’re seeking Customer Service Representatives to work on our events on a regular, casual basis.
So what's a Customer Service Representative?
You'll be onsite at events, meeting and greeting attendees as they arrive. You'll assist with their onsite registration, name badge printing and general event enquiries. We're all about making their conference arrival as quick and seamless as possible. And making our clients lives easier.

- A customer service champion
- Positive, friendly and professional
- Proactive and able to troubleshoot under pressure
- Tech-savvy
- Competent using Windows and Mac
- Willing to travel interstate
- Able to work varying hours throughout the week and weekend
