Where do you fit as Account Director?

This role reports to the Head of Media whilst working alongside the Group Account Director. But, don't forget your fantastic team of - Account Manager, Executive & Coordinator. Also with the collaboration of in-house creatives and brand specialists all in pursuit of one goal extraordinary client outcomes.


What does a day look like?

No two days are the same. And let's be honest, we love that don't we! So what does that mean?

Essentially you'll be less on the tools and focusing on client management. You will lead the client relationships for the account that holds 30% of the agency's media business. The aim is to grow this to 50% with your kick-ass skills. This means, you're track record is:
  • End-to-end strategy planning process 
  • Campaign analysis of results
  • Providing insights and recommendations 
  • Educating clients on integrated media channels 


What skills and experience are needed?

  • Minimum 5 years experience in media agency environment
  • Experience working across both offline & digital 
  • A passion for nurturing client relationships
  • Experience briefing, implementing & reporting on dig campaigns 
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • The desire to stretch yourself professionally and be comfortable accepting awards when you win 'best campaign'!
