Regional Photo Manager – New South Wales & Canberra
We are excited to welcome a Regional Photo Manager who will lead a team of
dedicated and professional photographers. Our Photographers focus is on taking
excellent photos and sketching floor plans. Client liaising and bookings are handled by
our friendly Customer Solutions team and all the photo editing, finishing of floor plans
and retouching is done by our Digital Delivery team. The primary base of work for this
position is the DIAKRIT office located in Sydney.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and training of new photographers as well as
for ensuring that delivered results exceed our clients’ expectations and our high
standards. At DIAKRIT, it is important to give exceptional customer service to our
prestige clients every time. You will support the regional Sales Manager with your
photography knowledge during client meetings.

To succeed in this role, you need to be an experienced photographer within the real
estate industry. You have a good knowledge in photo technique and a good eye for details.
You are a team builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills who thrives
in coaching and inspiring people to always do their best. You always deliver a best in class customer experience.
Strong organizational skills and tech savviness are a must.

- Manage a team of photographers within New South Wales & Canberra
- Recruit and train new photographers
- Support and coach photographers to deliver high quality products and services in line with the company’s set standards
- Ensure that the capacity planning always is in line with our clients’ need
- Arrange professional and social events for our photographers to build a strong photography community
- Support the regional Sales Manager with your photo expertise in internal discussions regarding products and services and in meetings with client
