Technical Support - Electronic Security

MGTS, a boutique Electronic Security equipment distribution company specialises in the latest Video Management Software, Security Alarms, Access Control and Camera Surveillance systems.

We are looking for a Technical Support person with a background in IT networking and Electronic Security or an IT/Electronics graduate.

You will be providing technical support and assistance.

Key Responsbilities

• Provide Technical support for IP camera systems, access control, alarm systems, NVR equipment/software.
• Remote login assistance to our customers.
• Identify issues they may have with the equipment, configuration or setup.
• Test equipment and products.
• Test and assess new security products.
• Provide technical information to our sales team.
• Technical support to be over the phone and onsite support may be required.

In this Role we looking for the following: 

• Experience in customer service is essential
• Great telephone manners and outstanding verbal communication skills;
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
