- Program Coordinator - consolidated reporting
- Key role within significant Program Office
- Immediate contract, city & Parramatta, $650/day
This role will support the Program Directors to provide and analyse consolidated reporting across a significant program portfolio. It will work with the Project Managers to collect and review project/program status updates and program metrics; it owns and manages the reporting life cycle and produces the consolidated program report to be presented to the Executive Director and governance boards.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience working in a Program Management Office or large ICT Portfolio with strong reporting and governance experience - including status updates, risk & issues, budgets etc
- Excellent understanding of project management frameworks and experience in structured program environments, processes and standards
- Proficiency using Clarity, MS Office, Excel, Visio etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to demanding environments
- Experience in large and complex environments, Government projects is a plus
- Relevant Tertiary and/or professional qualifications
